Contract Management

We take great pride in ensuring your site looks its best. To achieve this we use a number of tools and management techniques.

Each site has a dedicated team (Operations Manager and Customer Support Manager) who are responsible for managing the cleaning staff, resources and monitoring standards.

Our policy is to carry out weekly internal checks and to follow this with formal, monthly audits with our customers. This ensures that we consistently meet your expectations and requirements.

Our Mobile teams make regular site visits to assist in enhancing the service provided and are also made available for specialist cleaning operations, emergency call-outs and other support requirements.

All our site operatives are provided with refresher training on a six monthly basis and are easily identifiable by their uniform and ID badges. We do not use agency staff to cover sites for annual leave / sickness purposes. This would be carried out by a member of our Mobile Team.

All information gathered from site and in relation to the running of the site is fed back to the customer via your Customer Support Manager on a regular basis.

This method of managing sites, has proved successful and ensures that there is a clear flow of information between operations and our customers and guarantees that our service will meet with your approval.

We use a number of other tools, in addition to the management techniques above, to support the service provision. These include Quartix (a mobile vehicle tracking system), Telelog, a staff time and attendance system and Peninsula Business Services who verify all of our Health and Safety and employment law policies and procedures.
